Relief of difficulty in expectoration in respiratory diseases such as acute and chronic bronchitis, and bronchial asthma
This medication is used to improve symptoms of difficulty in expectoration in respiratory diseases such as acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis.
For acute conditions in adults: 200 mg once, three times a day For chronic conditions in adults: 200 mg once, twice a day
For acute conditions in children (6 - 14 years): 200 mg once, twice a day For chronic conditions in children (6 - 14 years): 100 mg once, three times a day For cystic fibrosis in children (aged 6 and above): 200 mg once
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should also avoid this medication. Additionally, children under 2 years of age should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic conditions that prevent lactose digestion should avoid it. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medication. It is also important for breastfeeding women to consult with a professional as it is not clearly known whether this medication passes into breast milk. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, inflammation of the mouth, heartburn, or diarrhea appear during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a doctor. Additionally, if symptoms such as hives, itching, rash, headache, tinnitus, or bronchospasm in asthma patients occur, consult a professional immediately. Rarely, heart rate may increase, or blood pressure may rise, and very rarely serious allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur. When taking this medication, oral antibiotics should be taken at least 2 hours apart to avoid reducing the effectiveness of the antibiotics. Also, mixing other medications with the liquid form of this medication should be avoided. Store in a safe place out of reach of children and ensure to keep it in the original container, as transferring to another container can lead to misuse and deterioration of the medication's quality.
Hives, bronchospasm (especially in asthma patients), anaphylaxis, difficulty breathing

This medication should be taken at least 2 hours apart from oral antibiotics (Amoxicillin, Cefuroxime, Doxycycline, Erythromycin, and Thiamphenicol).
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air ingress and is best kept at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way will help maintain its effectiveness.
