Relief of difficulty in expectoration due to respiratory diseases such as acute and chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma
This medicine is used to improve symptoms associated with difficulty in expectoration in diseases such as acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis.
For acute conditions, adults should take 200 mg once, three times a day before meals with a small amount of water. For chronic conditions, adults should take 200 mg once, twice a day before meals with a small amount of water.
For acute conditions, children aged 6 to 14 years should take 200 mg once, twice a day before meals with a small amount of water. For chronic conditions, children aged 6 to 14 years should take 100 mg once, three times a day before meals.
This medicine should not be taken by anyone who has had an allergic reaction to this medication or its components. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should also avoid using this medicine. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication. Additionally, this product contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic issue unable to digest lactose should not take it. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medication. It is also important for breastfeeding women to consult a professional before taking this medication, as it is uncertain whether it passes into breast milk. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, oral inflammation, heartburn, or diarrhea occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Furthermore, if allergic reactions such as hives, itching, rash, headache, tinnitus, or bronchospasm occur in asthma patients, stop taking this medication immediately and consult a professional. There may be symptoms of rapid heartbeat or increased blood pressure, and rarely, serious allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur, so caution is advised. There have also been reports of symptoms such as breathing difficulties when taking this medication, so if symptoms occur, consult medical staff immediately. Taking this medication with some oral antibiotics may reduce the effectiveness of the antibiotics, so it is advisable to take them at least 2 hours apart. Avoid mixing other medications in this drug's solution. This medicine should be stored in a safe place out of the reach of children, and should be kept in its original container to maintain its quality and prevent misuse.
Hives, bronchospasm (especially in asthma patients), anaphylaxis, breathing difficulties

This medication must be taken at least 2 hours apart when taken with oral antibiotics (amoxicillin, cefuroxime, doxycycline, erythromycin, thiamphenicol).
This medication may be sensitive to air or humidity, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. It is advisable to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius (room temperature).
