Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to effectively relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
For children aged 12 and older and adults: The dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's level of pain and treatment response. It is recommended to start with a dose of 4 tablets, with subsequent dosing intervals of at least 6 hours, ensuring that the total daily dose does not exceed 16 tablets. The effective minimum dose should be administered for the shortest possible duration. Avoid using this medication for longer than necessary, and if prolonged use is needed due to the nature and severity of the disease, ensure regular monitoring to confirm whether the medication should continue to be used. Elderly Administer the usual adult dose. However, for elderly patients over 75 years old, oral administration of Tramadol results in a 17% increase in elimination half-life, so dose administration should be spaced at least 6 hours apart. Renal impairment In moderate renal impairment patients (creatinine clearance of 10-30 ml/min), extend the dosing intervals to 12 hours. This medication is not recommended for severe renal impairment patients (creatinine clearance of less than 10 ml/min). Tramadol is eliminated very slowly during hemodialysis and filtration, so there is no need to re-administer this medication after dialysis to maintain analgesic effects. Hepatic impairment Careful consideration should be given to extending dosing intervals for patients with moderate hepatic impairment. This medication should not be administered to patients with severe hepatic impairment.
For children aged 12 and older and adults: The dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's level of pain and treatment response. It is recommended to start with a dose of 4 tablets, with subsequent dosing intervals of at least 6 hours, not to exceed 16 tablets in one day.

Patients with impaired liver function should consult a doctor before taking this medication, and should be careful not to take other acetaminophen products simultaneously. Patients with specific genotypes may metabolize the active ingredient of this medication more quickly, which could increase the risk of respiratory depression; dose adjustment and close monitoring are required in such cases. Children under 12 years old or adolescents under 18 years old after certain surgeries should not be administered this medication, and adolescents aged 12 to 18 should avoid using it if there are risk factors. Elderly patients or those at risk of hyponatremia should periodically check for the occurrence of hyponatremia while taking this medication. This medication is not to be administered to patients with allergies to specific ingredients, central nervous system drug addiction, severe respiratory depression, or severe liver and kidney diseases. While taking this medication, do not exceed the recommended dose, avoid combining it with other similar medications, and any sudden discontinuation may cause withdrawal symptoms; therefore, it should be tapered off gradually with consultation from a professional.
