Adult dose

Typically, for adults, take 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

This medicine contains lactose, so those with genetic issues that prevent lactose digestion should not take it. Before taking this medicine, individuals who are very weak, have high blood pressure, heart disease, or kidney disease must consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, elderly individuals, those with edema, those who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medications, and women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should take caution. People with weak stomachs or excessive sweating, those with excessively hyperactive thyroid function, urinary problems, or those with symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting should also consult a professional before taking. Diabetic patients should be cautious as the ingredients contained in this medicine may raise blood sugar levels. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or hands and feet, increased blood pressure, muscle weakness or cramps, skin rash, indigestion, liver dysfunction, shortness of breath, urinary disorders, insomnia, excessive sweating, or palpitations occur during usage, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Also, if symptoms do not improve after 1 month of use, it is advisable to consult a professional. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and caution should be taken when taken with other medicines containing potassium or licorice as side effects may occur. When taking with other herbal medicines, it is important to check for overlapping ingredients, and if long-term use is required, consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended. Especially when taking with ephedra, thyroid medications, or some diuretics, symptoms such as insomnia or palpitations may appear, so dosage adjustment is necessary. This medicine should be stored away from direct sunlight in a cool place with low humidity, and kept out of reach of children. Additionally, it should be stored in its original container to prevent contamination or misuse.

Serious side effects

Decreased urine output due to hyperaldosteronism, swelling of the face and hands and feet, increased blood pressure, headache, jaundice due to hepatic impairment (yellowing of skin or eyes), general malaise, cough due to interstitial pneumonia, dyspnea, difficulty in breathing, fever, urinary disorders
