Relief of symptoms of nasal cold (acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis) and sinusitis
This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness of the head caused by nasal cold, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
For individuals aged 7 years and older and adults, spray 1 spray in each nostril twice a day. The application interval is 10 to 12 hours and should not exceed 2 applications within 24 hours.
This medication should not be used in children under 7 years of age or infants under 2 years of age. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, or those who have experienced hypersensitivity reactions, should not use this medication. People currently taking or who have recently discontinued MAO inhibitors, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and anti-Parkinson medications within the last two weeks, must consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Individuals with a history of allergies, such as hives, dermatitis, migraines, or food allergies, or those who have previously experienced symptoms of drug allergies, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or glaucoma should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult healthcare professionals before using this medication. Individuals with respiratory diseases, such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema, or those with persistent cough should also consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. This medication contains propylene glycol, and should be used with caution if allergic to or having had hypersensitivity reactions to this ingredient. If symptoms such as rash, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, stop using the medication and consult a healthcare professional. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration; excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. This medication should only be used in the nose, and should never be used in the eyes or ears. Avoid sharing and use it personally to prevent contamination. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days. It is advisable to avoid alcohol while using this medication. When used in children, it should be administered under adult supervision only. Contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause bronchospasms or irritation of the nasal mucosa, as well as swelling; prolonged use should be avoided. Store out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place to maintain the quality of the medication. It is important not to transfer the medication to another container.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is also important to store it at a cool temperature below 25 degrees Celsius to maintain its effectiveness.
