Adult dosage

For adolescents aged 12 years and older or adults, spray once in each nostril within a maximum of three times daily. The intervals between applications should be at least 8 hours.

This medication should not be used in children under 7 years of age. Individuals with an allergy to this medication or its components should not use it. Those currently taking or who have recently discontinued certain medications such as antidepressants or antipsychotics within the last two weeks should not use this medication. Individuals who have undergone brain surgery or have closed-angle glaucoma should also avoid using this medication. It is advisable not to use it if the nose is dry or atrophic, or if one has certain hormone-related disorders. Consulting a doctor or pharmacist before use may be necessary in some cases. For instance, individuals with a history of allergies or who have experienced allergic reactions to medications, those with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, and glaucoma patients should consult a specialist. Additionally, those taking specific antidepressants, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, and individuals who are breastfeeding must follow the guidance of a healthcare professional. It is also important to consult if coughing persists for a long time or is severe. If symptoms such as rash, redness, swelling, or itching occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve after three days of use, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Although rare, if severe headaches, nausea, or visual disturbances occur, stop using this medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication must be used according to the prescribed dosage and administration, as excessive use may result in further nasal congestion. It should only be used as a nasal spray for rhinitis treatment and not in the eyes or ears. Avoid co-use with other products and it is advisable not to use continuously for more than seven days. Refrain from alcohol during use, and when used by children, supervision by an adult is necessary. This medication contains ingredients that may cause bronchospasm, and prolonged use may cause irritation or swelling in the nose. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. It is also essential not to transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.
