Relief of nasal congestion and runny nose caused by common cold (acute rhinitis), allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
This medicine is used to relieve nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness in the head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. It effectively reduces these symptoms to improve discomfort in daily life.
For adolescents or adults aged 12 years and older, spray once into each nasal cavity (nostril) up to three times a day. The interval between applications should be more than 8 hours.
This medication should not be used by children under 12 years of age or by anyone allergic to this drug or its ingredients. Additionally, individuals currently taking or have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, those who have undergone brain surgery, patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma, patients with dry rhinitis or atrophic rhinitis, and those with certain endocrine disorders should not use this medication. This medication contains a component called propylene glycol, so caution is required for patients who are allergic to this substance or have had hypersensitivity reactions. Individuals with allergic predispositions such as urticaria, dermatitis, migraines, food allergies, and those who have previously experienced allergic symptoms from medications, as well as patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, glaucoma, and those taking certain antidepressants must consult a healthcare professional before use. Moreover, individuals who show sensitive reactions to adrenergic substances, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and nursing mothers should follow the guidance of a healthcare professional while using this medication. If symptoms such as rash, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occur during the use of this medication, it should be discontinued immediately, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. If symptoms do not improve after using this medication for more than three days, stop using the drug and consult a doctor. Rarely, symptoms such as severe headache, nausea, vomiting, and visual disturbances may occur, so if these symptoms develop, stop using this medication immediately and inform a healthcare provider. This medication must be used according to the prescribed method and dosage; excessive use may lead to increased nasal congestion. It should only be used for rhinitis and not applied to the eyes or ears, and to prevent contamination, it should not be shared with others. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days, and avoid alcohol during use. When used in children, supervision by an adult is necessary. The benzalkonium chloride included in this medication can cause bronchospasm and may irritate or cause swelling of the nasal mucosa with prolonged use, so exercise caution. Finally, store this medication out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. It is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
Urticaria, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness, severe rash with fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory irregularities accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headache, lightning-type headache, seizures, confusion of consciousness, vision abnormalities, paralysis, urination

Do not use this medication if you are taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's medications, etc.) within the past 2 weeks. Patients taking tricyclic or tetracyclic antidepressants should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Do not consume alcohol while using this medication.
This medication is sensitive to light and should be stored in a light-resistant container. Additionally, it should be kept at a cool temperature below 25 degrees Celsius to maintain its effectiveness.
