How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults (15 years and older) should take 1 packet (bottle) (single dose) three times a day, 30 minutes after meals. If necessary, it can be taken at bedtime, with a dosing interval of 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication or any other antipyretic analgesics. The acetaminophen component included in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions; if skin rash or allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and this medication should not be taken simultaneously with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication, those who have experienced asthma, infants under three months old, and those who are currently taking or have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics (MAO inhibitors) should not take this medication. During the course of taking this medication, it is advisable to avoid taking cough medicines, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with a history of allergies or drug allergies, and those with chronic diseases such as liver or kidney issues, or heart diseases should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Pregnant or nursing women and individuals with gastrointestinal disorders or high fevers should also consult a professional before using this medication. If symptoms such as skin rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, shortness of breath, or jaundice occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be used in children under the age of two; if absolutely necessary, medical consultation is required. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and duration and should not be used for extended periods; alcohol should be avoided during use. Caution is advised when taking this medication with specific diuretics or medications containing glycyrrhizin due to possible side effects. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson medications), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Caution should be exercised when using barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, potassium-containing agents, glycyrrhizin or its salt preparations, loop diuretics (furosemide, ethacrynic acid), or thiazides.

Food interactions
