Precautions
Children under 15 years of age who have suspected or confirmed chickenpox or influenza should definitely consult a doctor before taking this medication, as it may be an early sign of the rare but serious Reye's syndrome. It contains aspirin, and caution is necessary as it can cause serious allergic reactions such as hives, facial swelling, asthma, and shock. People who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult an expert before taking this medication or other antipyretic analgesics, as this may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Individuals aged 60 and above, those with peptic ulcers, bleeding disorders, those taking anticoagulants or steroids, and those taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may have an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when taking this medication. Those who have had allergic reactions to aspirin or other salicylate preparations, those with a history of aspirin-induced asthma, patients requiring sodium intake restrictions, peptic ulcer patients, hemophilia patients, patients with bleeding tendencies, severe liver disease, kidney disease, heart failure, and pregnant women in the third trimester should not take this medication. Avoid taking it in conjunction with high doses of methotrexate or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and salicylic acid preparations. Consult an expert before use if you have gastrointestinal disorders, hypertension, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, blood abnormalities, bronchial asthma, planned surgery, a history of drug allergies, severe G6PD deficiency, electrolyte abnormalities, elderly patients, pregnant or nursing women, etc. If symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting, blood in stool, abdominal pain, allergic reactions, rashes, swelling, tinnitus, hearing loss, etc. occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. This medication must be strictly followed according to the prescribed dosage and duration; long-term use is not recommended. Special caution is needed for children under 15 years, and children or elderly patients with high fever should be closely monitored after taking this medication. After the 20th week of pregnancy, there is a risk of fetal renal dysfunction and oligohydramnios, so it is recommended to use the minimum dosage for the shortest duration, and if necessary, check the amniotic fluid status with ultrasound.
