Bleeding may rarely occur; hence symptoms should be closely monitored, and use should be halted if any abnormalities are observed. Gastrointestinal side effects such as diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and heartburn may occur, so attention to symptoms is required. Headache, facial flushing, dizziness, warmth, tremors, edema, and anemia have also been reported as other adverse effects. Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis should closely monitor symptom changes when deciding whether to continue long-term treatment with this medication. In particularly severe cases that require surgery, this medication's effectiveness may not be confirmed, and careful judgment is needed. Safety during pregnancy has not been established, and uterine contractions have been reported in animal experiments, hence it should not be used in pregnant women.
