Dosage

In severe cases, administer 600-1200 mg daily via intramuscular or intravenous drip injection. In cases of treatment over several days or in mild cases, administer 300-600 mg daily via intramuscular or intravenous drip injection.

Precautions

This drug may rarely cause serious allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, so if symptoms such as facial pallor, decreased blood pressure, or irregular pulse occur during administration, dosing should be stopped immediately. Additionally, skin rash and other hypersensitivity reactions may rarely occur, so it's advisable to discontinue use if these symptoms arise. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain may also occur rarely, so these symptoms should be monitored closely. This drug comes in a vial formulation, so it should be used immediately after reconstitution, and care should be taken to avoid injuring nerves or blood vessels during intramuscular injection. Particularly, when administering repeatedly, it is recommended to avoid the same site and alternate between right and left. Caution is especially needed when administering to children or young people. During storage, it should be kept in a safe place out of the reach of children, and transferring the medication from its original container to another may result in misuse or deterioration of quality, so it must be stored in the original container with a tight seal.
