Cough and phlegm are primarily symptoms associated with respiratory diseases. These symptoms can occur due to respiratory infections or inflammation, such as colds, bronchitis, and pneumonia. This medication is used to relieve cough and phlegm symptoms and assist respiratory function for symptom improvement.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Age 15 and over: 2 capsules three times a day

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. It should not be administered to infants under 3 months of age, and even for those over 3 months, if under 2 years of age, consultation with a physician is mandatory before use. People who have had allergic reactions to this medication or any of its components should avoid using it. Individuals with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, or conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, as well as elderly and frail individuals, or those with a fever should consult a physician before taking this medication. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult a healthcare professional prior to use. Smokers or individuals with asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or those experiencing a cough lasting more than 1 week, or a cough associated with fever, rash, or persistent headache should receive counseling before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, or drowsiness occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If no improvement is observed after taking the medication 5-6 times, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. The prescribed dosage and frequency must be strictly followed, and it is advisable to use syrup formulations instead of this medication for children under 7 years of age. Alcohol should be avoided during treatment, and caution should be exercised as drowsiness may occur, making activities such as driving or operating machinery inadvisable. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and kept tightly sealed. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container and take measures to prevent misuse.
