For gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers: 10 mg is administered orally once a day. Depending on the symptoms, 20 mg may be administered orally once a day. Treatment duration is up to 8 weeks for gastric ulcers and up to 6 weeks for duodenal ulcers. For erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: 10 mg or 20 mg is administered orally once a day for 4 to 8 weeks. If symptoms persist after 8 weeks, an additional 8 weeks of 10 mg or 20 mg may be given.

This medication is used for gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, as well as erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It also relieves the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and is effective for long-term maintenance therapy. In patients with digestive tract ulcers infected with Helicobacter pylori, it enhances treatment effectiveness when used in conjunction with antibiotics. Finally, it is used in the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, helping to improve various gastrointestinal diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

For gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers: 10 mg is administered orally once a day. Depending on the symptoms, 20 mg may be administered orally once a day. Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who are allergic to certain medications or ingredients or have had hypersensitivity reactions.
