Adult dose
For adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years or older or weighing over 40 kg, the dosage is 250 mg/125 mg of Amoxicillin/Clavulanic Acid Potassium administered orally three times a day at 8-hour intervals. In cases of severe and respiratory infections, the dosage can be increased to 500 mg/125 mg per administration. In patients with renal impairment, dosage adjustments should be made based on creatinine clearance. - Creatinine clearance 10-30 mL/min: 250-500 mg of amoxicillin every 12 hours orally. - 10 mL/min or less: 250 mg of amoxicillin every 24 hours, being careful not to exceed the dosage. - For children: dosage adjustments should be made in the same manner. - However, in cases of dental infections, administer 250 mg of amoxicillin, three times a day for 5 days.

It is also used for urinary infections such as cystitis, urethritis, and pyelonephritis. It is effective against pelvic infections and sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea, as well as skin and soft tissue infections like furuncles, abscesses, cellulitis, and wound infections. It is also indicated for osteomyelitis and dental infections, improving various infections. This wide-range use helps restore health.
