This medicine is used to relieve symptoms accompanying a cold, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 tablet, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals. The dosing interval is 4 hours.

Precautions

This drug may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks per day must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If severe rash, blisters, or itching occurs while taking this medication, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen contained in this medicine should not exceed 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals who have had an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to this medicine or its ingredients should not take it. People who have previously induced asthma or infants under three months of age or those taking certain antidepressants or psychotropic medications should not use this medicine. This medicine contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should avoid taking it. While taking this medicine, it is advisable not to simultaneously take cough medicine, other cold remedies, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to Yellow No. 4 should use this medicine with caution. Rash, redness (erythema), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
