This medication is used to alleviate symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, throat pain, and heaviness in the head associated with acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. These symptoms occur due to inflammation of the nasal cavity and surrounding tissues, and this medication helps reduce inflammation, allowing for easier breathing and improving discomfort. Therefore, it effectively helps alleviate unpleasant symptoms experienced in daily life.
How to take
Adult dose
Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 capsule 3 times a day after meals. The dosing interval should be more than 4 hours.
Precautions
This medication should not be used in infants under 3 months of age. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients or have a history of hypersensitivity should not take this medication. People taking MAO inhibitors, such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anti-Parkinson's medications, or who have discontinued them within the last 2 weeks, should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic disorders such as galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. While taking this medication, do not use other oral medications for rhinitis or cold medicines that include antihistamines, cough suppressants, motion sickness medications, or allergy medications. Individuals with a history of allergies such as urticaria, contact dermatitis, migraines, or food allergies should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with high blood pressure, heart conditions, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, thyroid disease, diabetes, or those who are weak or have a high fever should also consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Elderly individuals or those currently receiving treatment from a physician should consult before taking this medication. Smokers, asthma patients, chronic bronchitis, emphysema sufferers, or those with a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, a cough lasting more than a week or recurring, fever, or a rash, or a persistent headache should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms of hemorrhagic stroke, nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, rash, itching, or urinary difficulties occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking the medication and consult a physician or pharmacist. This medication is not used in children under 2 years of age, and if necessary, medical consultation is required. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and route of administration, and long-term continuous use is not recommended. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medication, so avoid driving or operating machinery. Alcohol should be avoided when taking this medication. Store out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry, and sealed container. Medication should not be transferred to another container and must be stored in its original container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
