How to take

Adult dose

For adults (15 years and older), take 1 packet (single dose) three times a day, 30 minutes after meals. If necessary, it can be taken at bedtime, with a dosing interval of 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. While taking this medication, serious reactions like rashes or blisters on the skin may occur, so if such symptoms appear, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a professional. As it contains acetaminophen, it is important to ensure that the daily dosage does not exceed 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Moreover, due to the presence of pseudoephedrine, symptoms like fever, skin rash, or small blisters may appear, so if such symptoms occur, stop taking the medication and consult. Those allergic to this medication or its ingredients, individuals with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. Do not take this medication with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines, and always consult a healthcare professional before use. It is particularly important for children with chickenpox or influenza, individuals with symptoms of ischemic colitis, those with allergic tendencies, and individuals with chronic conditions such as liver or kidney disease to consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rashes, vomiting, dizziness, insomnia, chest tightness, shortness of breath, or jaundice occur during use, immediately stop taking the medication and consult healthcare personnel. Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues (heartburn, gastric discomfort, gastric pain), headache, myopathy, metabolic acidosis due to fatigue glutamine, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Do not take this medication with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, potassium-containing preparations, licorice-containing preparations, glycyrrhizin or its salts, loop diuretics, thiazide diuretics, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, or steroids.
