This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of the common cold, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults (15 years and older) should take 1 pouch (100ml) three times a day, 30 minutes after meals. If necessary, it can be taken at bedtime, with an interval of 4 hours between doses.

Precautions

This medication may put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using it. If any unusual symptoms appear on the skin, such as rash or blisters during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. As it contains acetaminophen, caution must be taken not to exceed the daily maximum dosage, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications.   • Severe rash with high fever, blisters, peeling skin, pain in oral/ocular mucous membranes
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough + fever
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme fatigue
  • Significant decrease in urine output, widespread swelling accompanied by elevated blood pressure

Mild side effects

Rash/redness (erythema), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Drug interactions

Do not take with oral medications containing cough suppressants or expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if taken with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, potassium-containing products, licorice-containing products, loop diuretics, thiazide diuretics, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, or steroids.
