Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For adolescents 12 years and older or adults, spray once into each nostril up to three times a day. The application interval should be more than 8 hours.

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by children under 12 years of age. Individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its ingredients should not use it. Those who are taking or have stopped taking certain medications, such as antidepressants or antipsychotics within the past two weeks, should not use this medicine. Patients with high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetes, thyroid problems, or glaucoma need a doctor's consultation before using this medicine. Patients taking antidepressants should exercise caution when using this medicine. Those experiencing insomnia, dizziness, tremors, heart arrhythmia, or elevated blood pressure should be cautious when using this and similar medications. Pregnant women or those who might become pregnant should consult a specialist before using this medicine. Lactating women should follow a doctor's advice since it is unclear whether this medicine is secreted in breast milk. Individuals receiving other treatments should consult a specialist before using this medicine. Consultation is needed before use if there is smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, excessive phlegm, cough lasting for more than one week or recurring, fever, rash, or persistent headache. If symptoms like rash, swelling, itching, or irritation occur during the use of this medicine, stop using it immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after using for more than three days, cease use and consult a doctor. Rarely, symptoms like severe headache, nausea, vomiting, or visual disturbances may occur; in such cases, stop using the medicine immediately and consult a specialist. This medicine must be used as prescribed, and overuse may worsen nasal congestion. This is a nasal spray specifically for the nose; do not use in the eyes or ears. To prevent contamination, it is advisable not to share with others. It should not be used continuously for more than seven days and alcohol should be avoided during use. When used by children, supervision by a guardian is required. Store in a place out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
