Relief of nasal cold (acute rhinitis), allergic rhinitis (nasal congestion, runny nose)
This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness in the head caused by nasal colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
For children aged 2 years and above to under 12 years, spray 1 time in each nostril up to 3 times a day. The interval between applications should be at least 8 hours.
This medication should not be used in children under 2 years of age. Persons who have an allergy to this medication or have experienced hypersensitivity reactions to it should not take it. Additionally, individuals taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, or who have discontinued them within the past 2 weeks, should not use this medication. Those who have had brain surgery or have closed-angle glaucoma, dry rhinitis, or atrophic rhinitis should also avoid this medication. It is advisable for patients with pheochromocytoma or benign prostatic hyperplasia not to use this medication as well. Before using this medication, individuals with a history of allergic constitution or those who have had allergic reactions to medications in the past should consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Caution is also needed for patients with hypertension, cardiac disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and glaucoma, as well as individuals who are taking certain antidepressants. People with symptoms like insomnia, dizziness, tremors, cardiac arrhythmias, or elevated blood pressure should carefully use this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should consult with a healthcare provider before use. Patients undergoing treatment from a doctor, or those with respiratory conditions such as chronic cough, asthma, or chronic bronchitis should seek advice before using this medication. If allergic symptoms such as skin rash, swelling, or itching occur while using this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a healthcare provider consulted. Furthermore, if symptoms do not improve after using the medication for more than 3 days, usage should be stopped and advice from a healthcare provider should be sought. Rarely, symptoms may develop that indicate abnormalities in the cerebral vessels; therefore, if a sudden severe headache, nausea, vomiting, or visual disturbances occur, usage should be stopped immediately and a doctor should be informed. This medication must be used strictly according to the prescribed dosage and method, as using too much can exacerbate nasal congestion. It should only be used with a nasal spray designed for rhinitis treatment, and care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes or ears. It is advisable not to be used by multiple people, and continuous use should not exceed 7 days. During usage, alcohol should be avoided, and adult supervision is required when used by children. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.

Do not use this medication if you are taking MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and anti-Parkinson medications) or if you have stopped them within the last 2 weeks. Patients taking tricyclic or tetracyclic antidepressants should consult with a doctor or pharmacist.
Do not consume alcohol while using this medication.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to protect it from air and moisture, and it is safe to store at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
