This medication is used to relieve typical symptoms caused by a cold, such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. Thus, it helps to effectively manage various cold symptoms and facilitates a swift recovery.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes after meals, three times a day

Precautions

This medication can put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If sudden rashes, blisters, or severe itching occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Care must be taken to not exceed the maximum daily dose as it contains acetaminophen, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Since it contains pseudoephedrine, if there is fever, redness of the skin, or small blisters, stop taking it and consult a professional. Those who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or have a history of asthma should avoid taking it. Infants under three months old or those taking certain antidepressants should also not take this medication. Individuals allergic to Yellow No. 5 dye should take caution when using this medication. It is safest to avoid taking this medication with cough suppressants, expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Especially children, pregnant women, the elderly, and those with liver or kidney issues should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, tremors, or insomnia occur while taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. In case of severe allergic reactions or breathing difficulties, or severe skin reactions, immediate emergency treatment is required. This medication must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and long-term use should be avoided; abstain from alcohol while taking the medication. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medication; it is advisable not to drive or operate machinery. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and do not transfer to another container to maintain the drug's efficacy.
