This medicine may burden the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume significant amounts of alcohol should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The artificial sweetener aspartame included in this medication is broken down into phenylalanine in the body, so individuals with the hereditary condition phenylketonuria should not take it. Care should be taken not to exceed a maximum of 4,000mg of acetaminophen per day, and it should not be taken together with other products containing acetaminophen. If any skin rashes or allergic reactions occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. Individuals with hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer, severe liver or kidney disease, reduced heart function, or a history of aspirin-induced asthma should not take this medication. Additionally, individuals taking certain medications, those who consume alcohol, and those with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance should not use this medication. Individuals with liver or kidney problems, the elderly, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children should consult a healthcare professional before taking it. If severe allergic reactions, blood abnormalities, gastrointestinal bleeding, skin symptoms, etc. occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Long-term use requires regular blood tests and liver function tests; if abnormalities are found, the dosage should be adjusted or discontinued. Children and elderly individuals should take the minimum effective dose and be closely monitored for any adverse symptoms. Avoid taking this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and do not take it for pain for more than 5 days or for fever for more than 3 days without a doctor's instruction. In the case of infections, it should be taken together with appropriate antibiotics as prescribed by a doctor, and care should be taken when used with certain antibiotics.
