Avoid use during the first three months of pregnancy, and carefully administer under a doctor's judgment during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Caution is required for young children, especially infants under 2 months, as safety has not been established. Elderly patients should monitor dosage and intervals due to the risk of bleeding related to kidney function decline and vitamin K deficiency.
