This medicine helps relieve various symptoms of colds including sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It effectively reduces multiple uncomfortable symptoms caused by colds to help patients recover quickly. It is used to alleviate such symptoms and restore health in daily life.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Ages 15 and above: 3 times a day, 1 tablet per dose Take 30 minutes after meals, 3 times a day.

Children's dosage

Ages 11 to under 15: 3 times a day, 2/3 tablet per dose Ages 8 to under 11: 3 times a day, 1/2 tablet per dose

Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is required. One of the ingredients in this medication, acetaminophen, can rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, it should be discontinued immediately if signs of rash or hypersensitivity appear. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and care should be taken not to take this medication alongside other drugs containing acetaminophen to prevent liver damage. In addition, the pseudoephedrine component of this medication may rarely cause serious skin adverse reactions; therefore, if symptoms such as fever, rash, or pustules occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to any component in this medication, those with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months of age, those taking or recently stopped certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications, or those with genetic lactose intolerance should avoid this medication. It is safe not to take this medication concurrently with other oral medications, including cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretics and analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Individuals allergic to or hypersensitive to the color additive Yellow No. 4 should use this medication with caution. Children infected with chickenpox or influenza, those with specific gastrointestinal symptoms, individuals with allergic constitutions, those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, the elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those taking other medications should always consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, dizziness occur during use, the medication should be discontinued immediately, and a doctor should be consulted; immediate treatment is necessary if serious allergic reactions or liver dysfunction symptoms appear. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication unless absolutely necessary and under a doctor's supervision. Dosage and usage must be strictly observed, long-term use should be avoided, and supervision by guardians is required when used by children. Alcohol should be avoided during use, and caution is needed as it may influence the metabolism of acetaminophen when taken with certain medications. This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air and moisture, and it is recommended to store it at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. By storing it this way, the effectiveness of the medication can be maintained and degradation can be prevented.
