Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking. Due to ingredients in this medication, serious skin allergic reactions may rarely occur, so if unusual symptoms like rash or itching arise, stop taking immediately and consult a specialist. Care should be taken not to exceed a maximum of 4,000mg of acetaminophen per day; taking this medication with other acetaminophen-containing medicines may pose a risk of liver damage. Additionally, as it contains pseudoephedrine, rare severe skin reactions may occur, and if fever or small blisters on the skin develop, discontinue use and consult a specialist. This medication should not be taken by those with specific allergic reactions or a history of asthma, infants under three months, those taking specific psychiatric medications, or individuals with severe hypertension or kidney disease. Do not take with other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking if suspecting chickenpox or influenza infections, if you are a child, have allergic constitution, or have chronic diseases. If you experience unusual symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or severe allergic reactions, liver dysfunction, or difficulty breathing while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication should be taken as prescribed, not used for extended periods, and alcohol should be avoided during use. Due to possible drowsiness, driving or operating machinery should be avoided, and be cautious as the risk of side effects may increase when taken with certain medications.
