Relief of nasal congestion and runny nose due to common cold (acute rhinitis) and allergic rhinitis
This medication helps relieve various symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness in the head caused by common cold, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. It is used to reduce discomfort experienced in daily life and improve symptoms.
Administer 2 sprays in each nostril. Maintain intervals of more than 3 hours between doses, and do not exceed 6 doses per day.

This medication should not be used in children under 7 years of age. Also, individuals who have allergies to this medication or its ingredients, or have experienced hypersensitivity reactions, should not use it. People currently taking or who have stopped taking MAO inhibitors, such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anti-Parkinson medications within the past 2 weeks, should not use this drug. Before using this medication, individuals or family members with a history of allergies, or who have experienced allergic symptoms from medications, must consult a physician or pharmacist. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or glaucoma should also consult a specialist before using this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult healthcare professionals before using this medication. Those receiving treatment for other diseases or with specific cough symptoms should also consult a specialist before use. If allergic symptoms such as rash, swelling, or itching occur while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, make sure to consult a physician or pharmacist. This medication contains propylene glycol, so those with allergies to this ingredient should use it cautiously. It is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration; excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. This medication should be used only as a nasal spray for rhinitis treatment and should not be used in the eyes or ears. To prevent contamination, it is advisable to avoid sharing and it is safe to not use continuously for more than 7 days. While using this medication, refrain from alcohol consumption, and when used in children, supervision by an adult is required. Moreover, since it contains benzalkonium chloride, side effects such as bronchospasm, nasal irritation, swelling, or mucosal edema may occur; therefore, long-term use should be avoided. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. To maintain quality, it is best not to transfer to another container.
