Precautions

This medication may place a strain on the liver, so individuals who consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to the ingredients in this medication, there is a rare risk of severe allergic skin reactions; if symptoms such as rash or itching occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Because it contains acetaminophen, care must be taken not to exceed 4000 mg per day, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Due to the pseudoephedrine component, severe skin reactions may occur; if symptoms such as fever, red spots, or small blisters appear, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor. Individuals allergic to this medication or who have previously experienced asthma symptoms from its ingredients should not take it. It is also advisable not to use this medication for babies under three months of age or for individuals taking certain antidepressants. During treatment, do not take other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Especially for children, the elderly, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and those with liver or kidney diseases, consulting a professional before taking this medication is essential. If after taking this medication rash, vomiting, dizziness, severe allergic reactions, or symptoms of liver dysfunction occur, stop use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration; avoid long-term use, refrain from alcohol while taking it, and be cautious as it may cause drowsiness, which may interfere with driving or operating machinery.
