This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by colds, such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults (15 years and older): 2 capsules at a time, 3 times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medicine may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Due to the presence of acetaminophen, overdose can lead to liver damage; thus, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage. If severe skin rash or itching occurs while taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Especially, children, pregnant women, and those with certain conditions should consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication and should be careful not to take it together with other cold medicines or antipyretics and analgesics. Drowsiness may occur, so it is safer to avoid driving or operating machinery during use.   • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver issues (jaundice)
  • Sudden and very severe headache, confusion of consciousness
