Precautions

This medication should not be used in certain patients. For example, those who have allergies to this medication or its components, patients with cardiogenic shock, patients with very slow heart rate or heart conduction abnormalities, patients with pulmonary heart disease, patients with metabolic disorders due to diabetes, patients with very weak heart function, and individuals with respiratory diseases such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may be at risk if they take this medication. Additionally, pregnant or nursing women, patients with severe liver dysfunction, and patients with severe hypotension should not use this medication. Caution is advised for patients with diabetes or a history of hypersensitivity, those with hypotension, those with poor kidney function, and the elderly. During treatment, symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, and headaches may occur, and there may be a slowing of the heart rate or excessively low blood pressure. Regular heart function tests are necessary as heart failure symptoms may worsen. Furthermore, liver function impairments, deteriorating kidney function, respiratory issues, gastrointestinal symptoms, skin rashes, blood disorders, and endocrine problems may arise, so immediate consultation with health professionals is required upon any abnormal symptoms. This medication has a high potential for drug interactions, so care should be taken when used alongside antihypertensives, antidepressants, hypoglycemic agents, anesthetics, etc. Especially, strict monitoring by health professionals is necessary when combined with medications that may affect blood pressure or heart rate. Pregnant or nursing women should avoid taking this medication, and safety in children and adolescents has not been established. This medication requires regular monitoring of heart function, blood pressure, and heart rate during long-term use, and sudden discontinuation can worsen symptoms, so the dosage should be gradually reduced according to the instructions of healthcare professionals. When storing, keep it in a light-protected container and out of reach of children.
