This medication is effective for the treatment of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, and is used for the relief of symptoms of erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease and long-term maintenance therapy. Additionally, it enhances therapeutic effects when used in combination with antibiotics for patients with gastrointestinal ulcers due to Helicobacter pylori infection. It is also applicable for Zollinger-Ellison syndrome patients, helping to control excessive gastric acid secretion. Overall, it is used to improve the treatment of diseases of the stomach and esophagus.

How to take

Adult dose

For gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer: orally administer 10 mg once daily, can increase to 20 mg once daily based on symptoms. For erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: administer 10 mg or 20 mg once daily for 4 to 8 weeks. Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with allergies to this medication or its components or those who have had hypersensitivity reactions to benzimidazole derivatives.
