For severe infections such as otitis media, sinusitis, lower respiratory infections like bronchopneumonia, and urinary tract infections, amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium is typically given at a dosage of 45 mg/6.4 mg per kg of body weight, divided into two doses daily.
Child dose
The 7:1 syrup is not suitable for children under 2 months. Pediatric patients with renal failure are not suitable for the 7:1 syrup.

This medication is effectively used for various bacterial infections. It helps in the treatment of respiratory infections such as acute and chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, tonsillitis, sinusitis, and otitis media. It is also used for the treatment of genitourinary infections such as cystitis, urethritis, and pyelonephritis. It is effective for the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases like pelvic infections and gonorrhea and is applicable for skin and soft tissue infections such as boils, abscesses, cellulitis, and wound infections. It also helps in the treatment of osteomyelitis and dental infections. This medication is widely used for the improvement of various infectious diseases.

How to take
