Patients with significantly impaired renal function, elderly patients, and those in poor nutritional status should also use it carefully, as symptoms of vitamin K deficiency may appear and their condition should be closely monitored. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases, especially those with a history of colitis, should be cautious. This drug can rarely cause severe allergic reactions and shock, so patients' conditions should be closely monitored during administration. If abnormal symptoms occur, administration should be stopped immediately, and appropriate treatment should be provided. If respiratory symptoms like dyspnea, cough, or fever appear, medical personnel should be notified immediately to receive treatment. Effects on the central nervous system may lead to symptoms of nervousness, anxiety, dizziness, or drowsiness, although these are rare. This drug may cause bleeding tendencies related to vitamin K deficiency or symptoms of vitamin B complex deficiency, so caution is advised. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should only use this drug if absolutely necessary, as its safety has not been fully established, and they should consult a specialist. Elderly patients may experience adverse reactions more easily due to decreased bodily functions, so the dosage and intervals should be adjusted, and use should be cautious. This drug may interact with other antibiotics, so if there are any other medications being taken, they must be reported to medical personnel. In particular, since it can affect blood coagulation, blood tests should be frequently done when used with anticoagulants.
