This medicine is used to relieve typical cold symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. Patients may experience less discomfort from cold symptoms with this medicine, allowing for greater comfort in daily life. It helps improve symptoms and supports rapid recovery.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Take 1 sachet three times a day. Dissolve 1 sachet in about 200 mL of hot water and consume it within 10 to 15 minutes.

Precautions

This medicine may pose a risk to the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. This medicine contains the artificial sweetener aspartame; therefore, individuals with phenylketonuria, who must restrict phenylalanine intake, should not take it. During treatment, do not use with other products containing acetaminophen, as exceeding the maximum daily dose can result in liver damage. Those who have previously experienced allergic reactions to this medicine or have had asthma symptoms after using antipyretics should not take it. Individuals with specific conditions or diseases such as hypertension, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases, peptic ulcers, epilepsy, aspirin-induced asthma, diabetes, those under 18 years of age, or sodium-restricted patients should not use this medicine. Due to the presence of sodium bisulfite, allergic reactions or asthma attacks may occur; asthma patients should take special precautions. Avoid concurrent use with other cold medications, cough suppressants, antipyretics, antihistamines, or sedatives, and do not use in conjunction with MAO inhibitors or those who have taken them recently. Before using this medicine, individuals with allergies, liver or kidney disease, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, decreased heart function, respiratory diseases, thyroid disorders, pregnant or nursing women, and the elderly should consult a physician or pharmacist. If severe allergic reactions, blood disorders, breathing difficulties, skin rashes, severe gastrointestinal disturbances, or neurological symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a physician. Adhere strictly to the dosage regimen, and if symptoms do not improve, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Long-term continuous use is not advisable. Patients with infections should be monitored closely, as the infection may remain concealed if combined with antibiotics. In case of overdose, damage to the liver, neurological issues, and gastrointestinal problems may occur; immediate contact with a medical institution is required for appropriate treatment. Store out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep in a cool place with low humidity. Keep the medicine in its original container to prevent misuse or degradation in quality.
