This medication is used to relieve symptoms associated with colds, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 15 and over: take 2 tablets three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication can affect the liver, so those who regularly drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Severe skin rashes or blistering may occur during the use of this medication; if such symptoms appear, it should be stopped immediately and a healthcare professional should be consulted. This medication contains acetaminophen, and the maximum daily dose should not exceed 4,000 mg; it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing products to prevent liver damage. Those with a history of hypersensitivity or allergies, those who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months of age, those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications, and individuals with genetic problems such as lactose intolerance should not take this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take other oral medications, including cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. If you experience abnormal symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing during use, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Especially if severe rashes, blisters, difficulty breathing, or symptoms indicating liver dysfunction occur, you should immediately consult a specialist. Children under the age of 2 should not take this medication as a principle; if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Adhere strictly to the prescribed usage and dosage, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption while taking it. Caution is needed when taken with certain medications, as this may affect the metabolism of acetaminophen. When taken with certain antibiotics, there is a rare risk of metabolic acidosis; in such cases, follow the guidance of a healthcare professional. Store this medication out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep it tightly sealed. Hives, severe swelling (edema), tightness in the chest, cold sweat, paleness, difficulty breathing, rash, severe rash with fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain of oral/ocular mucous membranes, asthma, liver abnormalities (general malaise, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)), coughing due to interstitial pneumonia, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, respiratory distress, fever.
