Adult dosage

Spray 1-2 times into the nasal cavity. Allow an interval of more than 3 hours between doses, not exceeding 6 doses per day.

Children's dosage

Children 7 years and older: Spray 1-2 times into the nasal cavity. Allow an interval of more than 3 hours between doses, not exceeding 6 doses per day.

This medication should not be used in children under 7 years old. Individuals allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients, or with a history of such allergies, should not use it. Moreover, those taking MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants or antipsychotics) or have discontinued them for less than 2 weeks should refrain from using this medication. Consultation with a doctor or pharmacist may be necessary before using this medication. For instance, individuals with a family history of allergic conditions or those who have previously experienced allergy symptoms due to medications, individuals with conditions such as hypertension, heart diseases, diabetes, thyroid disorders, glaucoma, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, and those with specific coughing symptoms should consult a specialist. If symptoms such as rash, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occur during the course of using this medication, usage should be immediately discontinued, and a specialist should be consulted. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, consult a doctor. This medication should be used precisely as prescribed, as overuse may exacerbate nasal congestion. It should only be used for rhinitis treatment and not in the eyes or ears. It's advisable not to share with others and to avoid continuous use for more than 7 days. Be cautious while driving or operating machinery as drowsiness may occur, and alcohol should be avoided. When used in children, supervision by a guardian is required. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Furthermore, for quality maintenance, it is important not to transfer to another container.

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and anti-Parkinson's medications). Serious side effects may occur due to interactions.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a sealed container. It is advisable to maintain a storage temperature between 1°C and 30°C. This will help safely preserve the medication's efficacy.
