How to take

Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older) take 1 pouch 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals. The interval between doses is 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication may put strain on the liver; therefore, those who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you experience severe rashes, blisters, or itching of the skin while taking this medication, you must stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. As it contains acetaminophen, be cautious to not exceed the maximum dosage of 4,000mg per day, and do not take it together with other acetaminophen-containing medications. People who are allergic to this medication or its components, those who have had asthma attacks, infants under 3 months of age, and individuals taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take other medications that include cough suppressants, cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines at the same time. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic tendencies or pre-existing liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should definitely consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as skin rashes, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling appear while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, high fever, severe skin reactions, or signs of liver dysfunction occur, immediate professional treatment is needed. In general, it is safer not to use this medication in children under 2 years of age unless in special cases. Moreover, be cautious with barbiturate medications, tricyclic antidepressants, potassium-containing products, medications containing glycyrrhizic acid or its salts, and loop diuretics (furosemide, ethacrynic acid).
