Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older) should take 1 pouch 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals. The dosing interval is 4 hours.

This medication may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Due to the presence of acetaminophen, severe allergic reactions such as serious skin rash or blisters, and asthma may rarely occur; if such symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately. Do not exceed the daily maximum dose of 4,000mg of acetaminophen, and do not take with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals with a history of allergies to this medication or its components, those who have had asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those currently taking or have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not use this product. Avoid taking other cold medicines, antipyretics, cough suppressants, sedatives, or antihistamines concurrently. Infants and children under 15 years of age with infections such as chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic constitutions, or individuals with liver, kidney, or heart conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use. It is also important for pregnant or breastfeeding women, elderly individuals, or those with gastrointestinal disorders to consult a doctor before taking this medication. If symptoms such as skin rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, swelling, or severe allergic reactions, asthma, liver dysfunction, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a professional. Do not administer to children under 2 years of age unless absolutely necessary, and in such cases, consult a doctor. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and long-term use should be avoided. Alcohol should be avoided during the course of treatment. Care should be taken when combining this medication with specific diuretics or products containing licorice, as hypokalemia or muscular abnormalities may occur. Additionally, when taken with certain antibiotics, metabolic acidosis may rarely occur; consultation with a professional is required in such cases. Store this medication in a location out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. For quality maintenance, it is advisable not to transfer to another container.

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinson agents, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, antihistamines in oral medications, or products containing acetaminophen. Do not take this medication within 2 weeks after stopping MAO inhibitors. Patients receiving medications for diabetes, gout, arthritis, anticoagulants, or steroids should consult a professional.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air and moisture. It is best to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
