If any unusual symptoms occur, immediate consultation with healthcare professionals is required. Particularly, if sudden low blood pressure, severe allergic reactions, angioedema, hyperkalemia, or renal function deterioration occurs, treatment should be stopped immediately and appropriate medical care should be obtained. It is important to administer this medication while regularly monitoring renal function and blood potassium levels, as hypotension may occur in conditions of reduced blood volume or sodium depletion. This medication may interact with other medications that enhance or inhibit blood pressure-lowering effects, so it is essential to inform healthcare professionals of any other medications being taken. Usage should be avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and particularly after the second trimester, monitoring fetal renal function and skull development is recommended. Safety and efficacy have not been established for children under 18 years of age, so use in this population is discouraged. Elderly patients are at risk of stroke and other complications due to excessive blood pressure lowering, so patient status must be closely monitored during treatment. In the event of an overdose, symptoms such as hypotension, dizziness, and acute renal failure may occur, so immediate medical treatment is essential.
