This medication is used to treat ulcers occurring in the stomach and duodenum, and to relieve symptoms caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is also effective for long-term treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. For patients with gastrointestinal ulcers due to Helicobacter pylori infection, it should be used in combination with antibiotics. It is applicable to disorders with excessive gastric acid secretion, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Overall, this drug is effectively used for various gastrointestinal ulcers and esophageal diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

For gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers: Administer 10 mg orally once daily, and may increase to 20 mg once daily depending on symptoms.
