This medication is used to improve difficulty in expectoration in respiratory diseases such as acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis.

How to take

Adult dose

Acute conditions Adults: 200 mg once, 3 times a day Chronic conditions Adults: 200 mg once, 2 times a day

Child dose

Acute conditions Children aged 6 to 14 years: 200 mg once, 2 times a day Children aged 2 to 5 years: 100 mg once, 3 times a day Chronic conditions Children aged 6 to 14 years: 100 mg once, 3 times a day Cystic fibrosis

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with a known allergy to this medication or any of its components. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should also avoid this medication. Children under 2 years of age should not use this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only take this medication after consulting a doctor, if absolutely necessary. Patients with bronchial asthma or breathing problems should consult a healthcare professional before using this inhalation medication. In older adults or children, the safety of this medication has not been fully established, so caution should be exercised. After inhalation, the spray device may stick to the face, but it can be easily washed off with water.
