Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, heart failure, or severe hypertension. People who are allergic to any ingredient of this medication or have a history of hypersensitivity to aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid using it. Patients undergoing pain treatment before and after coronary artery bypass surgery and pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, it is advisable to avoid concurrent use with other anti-inflammatory pain medications, ACE inhibitors, aspirin, furosemide, lithium, methotrexate, or warfarin. Particularly, caution is needed if used with aspirin as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Individuals who consume alcohol heavily every day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, and prolonged use may cause hypersensitivity, so immediate cessation and consultation should be done if symptoms occur. Patients with peptic ulcers, blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, bronchial asthma, elderly patients, or those with cardiovascular disease should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as oral numbness, rash, hives, visual disturbances, gastrointestinal symptoms, dizziness, drowsiness, or swelling occur during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. This medication helps alleviate symptoms but is not a cure for the underlying cause, so caution is necessary. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs carry a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, cardiovascular issues, exacerbation of hypertension, and kidney damage, so they must be used cautiously, especially in the elderly or patients at risk for cardiovascular disease. During the use of this medication, blood pressure and liver and kidney function should be regularly monitored, and any signs of abnormalities should be reported to a specialist without delay. Additionally, skin rashes, severe allergic reactions, asthma worsening, or severe skin conditions may occur, so if such symptoms develop, medication should be discontinued immediately.
