Patients who have difficulty taking medication orally, elderly patients, and patients with poor overall health status should be closely monitored due to the potential for vitamin K deficiency symptoms. When using this medication, it is advisable to administer it for the minimum necessary duration to prevent the development of resistant bacteria. Thorough medical history taking and skin reaction testing are recommended before administration. Dizziness may occur; therefore, caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. For administration exceeding 10 days, it is vital to perform blood tests to check for neutropenia. Patients with reduced kidney function should be cautioned that without dose adjustments, seizures may occur.
