This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by the common cold, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 pouch (bottle) 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating. The dosage interval is 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication may put stress on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks per day should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use. The acetaminophen component in this medication can rarely cause serious skin allergic reactions; therefore, if any unusual symptoms such as rash or itching occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. The daily maximum dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken in conjunction with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals who have a history of allergic reactions to this drug, have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this drug. During treatment, avoid taking medications that include cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Particularly, children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergies, liver, kidney, heart diseases, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, swelling, or dizziness occur while taking this drug, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice, as severe cases may require emergency treatment. This drug should not be administered to children under 2 years of age unless necessary, in which case a doctor's consultation is recommended. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration strictly, and avoid prolonged use and alcohol consumption during treatment. Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, dizziness, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Drug interactions

Do not take with oral medications containing cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines.
