Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. The included pseudoephedrine component may cause serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, so if fever or erythema and small pustules appear, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. As it contains acetaminophen, taking it with other acetaminophen-containing products may strain the liver, so do not take this medication together with other antipyretic analgesics. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components in the past, those who have experienced asthma, infants under three months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, do not take other cold medications, cough suppressants, sedatives, or antihistamines, and especially in cases of specific cough symptoms or allergic constitution, always consult a professional before taking. If you experience rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or any other abnormal symptoms while taking it, stop taking it immediately and seek advice from a professional. In severe cases, serious side effects such as shock or Stevens-Johnson syndrome may occur. Adhere to the prescribed method of use and dosage, avoid long-term use, and refrain from drinking alcohol while taking this medication. Also, since drowsiness may occur, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Keep out of reach of children, store in a tight container away from direct sunlight in a cool place with low humidity, and it is essential not to transfer to another container to maintain quality.
