Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. This medication should not be administered to pregnant or nursing women, patients with severe liver or kidney impairment, or those with hereditary angioedema. Caution should be exercised in elderly patients or those with specific conditions such as hyperkalemia or liver impairment; their condition should be closely monitored before and after administration. During treatment, regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and blood potassium levels is necessary to ensure there are no abnormalities. When taken with other antihypertensive medications or diuretics, potassium supplements, etc., there is an increased risk of side effects due to interactions, so consulting a specialist is advisable.
