How to take

Adult dose

For adults with essential hypertension, orally administer 5mg of Nebivolol once daily at the same time. In patients with renal impairment, the initial dose is 2.5mg taken orally once daily, with the possibility of increasing the daily dose to 5mg if necessary. For elderly patients (over 65 years), the initial dose is 2.5mg taken orally once daily, with potential escalation to 5mg as needed. For chronic heart failure in elderly patients aged 70 and above, administer 1mg once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with certain diseases or conditions. For example, individuals allergic to this drug or those suffering from bronchial asthma, severe cardiac problems, severe hypotension, or significant liver or kidney function impairment should avoid taking it. Additionally, it is advisable for pregnant or breastfeeding women not to use this medication. Those with genetic lactose intolerance should also refrain from taking it.
