Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day, so it is necessary to consult a doctor or pharmacist. The acetaminophen component in this medication can very rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if skin rash or allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg, so it is important to avoid exceeding this dosage and not to take it together with other acetaminophen-containing products. Additionally, the pseudoephedrine component in this medication can cause severe skin reactions, so if fever or skin rash, or small blisters occur, discontinue use and consult a professional. This medication should not be used by individuals with certain diseases or allergy histories, infants under three months old, those taking MAO inhibitors, or individuals with severe hypertension or serious kidney disease. During use, it is safe not to take it along with cough medications, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Especially children, pregnant women, the elderly, and those with liver or kidney conditions, or heart diseases should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, shortness of breath, or severe headache occur after taking, discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a professional. In the case of children, it is generally not recommended for those under two years old, and if necessary, should be taken with a doctor's prescription. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and duration and should not be used for long periods; alcohol should be avoided while taking it, and since drowsiness may occur, driving or operating machinery should be avoided. Finally, store this medication out of reach of children, protect it from direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool, dry place and avoid transferring it to other containers.
