Adult dosage

Aged 15 years and older: 1 capsule three times a day

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. Additionally, individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components or have experienced hypersensitivity reactions should avoid taking it. People taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, such as MAO inhibitors, or those who have stopped taking them within the last 2 weeks should not use this medication. While taking this medication, do not use other cough or phlegm medications, cold medications, medications containing antihistamines, or sedatives. Individuals with an allergy history or who have previously had allergic reactions to medications, as well as those with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid issues, diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, or difficulties in urination, must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Similarly, pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, or those who are breastfeeding should consult a professional. Consult a professional before taking this medication if you are a smoker, have asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or if you have a cough lasting more than 1 week, or a cough accompanied by fever or rash. If you experience symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty urinating, severe thirst, anxiety, tremors, or insomnia while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a physician. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking it and consult a professional. In principle, this medication should not be administered to children under 2 years of age, and in cases where it is necessary, a doctor's consultation is mandatory. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency when taking this medication, and it is advisable to use syrup instead of capsules for children under 7 years old. Additionally, avoid consuming alcohol while on this medication and refrain from driving vehicles or operating machinery due to possible drowsiness. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. It is also crucial not to transfer the medication to another container to maintain its quality.
