Relief of cold symptoms (runny nose, nasal congestion, etc.)
This medication is used to relieve various symptoms associated with colds, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, cough, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
Take 1 sachet 3 times a day at least 4 hours apart. Dissolve 1 sachet in approximately 250 mL of hot water (not boiling) and take within 10-15 minutes.
This medication may put a strain on the liver, so those who drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if abnormal symptoms such as rash or itching appear, discontinue use immediately. Taking this medication in conjunction with other products containing acetaminophen can lead to liver damage, so it should not be taken with other acetaminophen products. Drowsiness, dizziness, or visual impairments may occur while taking this medication, so it is advisable to avoid driving vehicles or operating machinery. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication, those with asthma or severe liver/kidney diseases, and patients with hypertension should avoid taking it, as well as children under 18 years of age or those with specific genetic disorders. Additionally, taking it with other cold medications, antipyretics, antihistamines, or sedatives can increase the risk of side effects, so it should not be taken simultaneously with them. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication, as it may affect the fetus or newborn. If fever persists for more than three days or cough and nasal congestion symptoms do not improve after seven days, discontinue use and consult healthcare professionals immediately. Overdose can lead to liver damage, kidney damage, and in severe cases, can be fatal, so the prescribed dosage and administration should be strictly followed, and if any unusual symptoms occur, seek medical attention immediately. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool and dry place. It should be stored in its original container, and transferring it to another container may pose a risk of misuse or quality degradation.

This medication interacts with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinson agents, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, antihistamines, barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, other sympathomimetics (decongestants, appetite suppressants, amphetamines, etc.), and antihypertensive medications (vasodilators, beta-blockers, debrisoquine, guanethidine, reserpine, methyl dopa, etc.
This medication may have interactions when taken with alcohol, so caution is warranted.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture ingress and is best kept at room temperature between 1°C to 30°C. Proper storage helps maintain the efficacy and safety of the medication.
