This medicine is used to relieve the symptoms of cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older) should take 2 capsules at a time, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication can put stress on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to the components in this medication, serious skin reactions may occur on rare occasions. If you experience skin rashes or allergic symptoms, immediately stop taking and consult a professional. Taking this medication in excess of the maximum daily dosage may cause liver damage; therefore, do not take it concurrently with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or its constituents, those who have had asthma triggered, infants under three months, or those taking specific antidepressants should not take this medication.
